Let us Pray
Almighty God we thank You for your continuous watch over us to bring us here again today to come and worship and praise You. Thank You Father for this priviledge as only the living  can praise You and we deeply appreciate your Love.
Lord, meet us in the silence
And hear our prayer
We pray for the Churches and their Leaders all over the world, the Clergies, Bishops and Curates. We pray especially for our Clergies here at St Peters, Julia, Matthiew and Sarah that they may continue to direct us in their preachings to be good christians in all we say and do, and to be good examples to our neighbours.
We also pray for all those who volunteer their time and energy for the smooth running of our worship here at St Peter’s.
Gracious Lord, we pray especially at this time for our Clergy here at St Peters, Julia, who is preparing for her well deserved retirement. We commit her and her family to your Protective Hands Oh Lord that You Bless her and continue to give her very long life and more Prosperity with Very Good Health to enjoy her Retirement.
Lord meet us in the silence
And here our prayer
Lord of All Hopes, we pray for the World Leaders that You give them the good wisdom to rule their subjects in the right way full of equality and fairness. And for those countries still fighting wars or in any one dispute or the other, Father please give them the wisdom and spirit of reaching the compromises that will be beneficial to their people for a lasting peace.
Lord meet us in the silence
And hear our prayer
Loving Father, we pray for our Community and thank You for your continued mercies and ask that You guide our youths in the right way to be free of any crime. We pray for our NHS Frontline Workers and ask for Yourr continued protection over them and keep them free of all dangers during the performance of their duties. We also pray for the sick and lonely that You heal and be their companion respectively.
Merciful God, we thank You for the continous bright light at the end of the Covid 19 Pandemic Tunnel with the many Vaccines already having been invented and are now being given to the people of our country here in the UK as well as all over the world. Thank You Father for this Blessing and continue to protect us and bring an end to this Pandemic as soon as possible so that we can give You the Glory.
Lord meet us in the silence
And hear our prayer
We pray for the recently departed and for those whose anniversaries fall at this time that you give their families the fortitude to bear their loss.
Eternal Rest Grant unto them Oh Lord, and May Thy Light Perpectual Shine upon Them.
Lord, we ask that You guide our footsteps as we start a new week today and continue to protect us under Your Mighty Wings.
Merciful Father, accept these prayers for the sake of Your Son our Saviour Jesus Christ.
Amen.
