St Peter’s welcomes children and young families at all services!

Parents are always welcome to bring children and young people, and noisy contributions to our worship are actively encouraged. There is an area at the back of church with a selection of children’s books and colouring materials, an accessible toilet with baby-changing facilities downstairs in the crypt (accessible with a pushchair via the outside ramp).

On Sundays at 10am we have a form of worship tailored especially for children (Noisy Church – currently meeting every Sunday during school term). Every Sunday there are colouring materials available and children are encouraged to take a full part in the service – any sound they may add is harmony!

At Easter and Christmas we have a special event for children, to which all the children in our community are invited. This often takes the form of an Easter egg hunt at Easter, and a Christingle service at Christmas. Check out the calendar as each approach to see the date for this years!
