Join us for yoga on Monday evenings starting on the 15th Sept, at 7-8pm. These classes are open to all levels and the pace is determined by the students. The style is mindful, flowing hatha yoga, with a strong focus on alignment. Classes tend to be fun and dynamic. A limited amount of mats will be available, but please bring your own if you can.

Delia has been a student of yoga and mediation since 1999, she completed a 300hr teacher training in Thailand in 2012 and has been teaching since. She encourages students to notice the space yoga helps to create in your body and your mind. She is a firm believer that yoga helps you develop a healthy relationship with your body, which is the first step towards un-egoic self love and appreciation and this results in improving your relationship with the world around you. Because once you start to commune with your body your perception starts to change and your reality begins to shift….
