Pilates with Myriam every Thursday 9am – 10am.
All ages and abilities welcome to these friendly classes. You work at your own level so no worries if you are new to pilates. Mats provided or bring your own.

Strengthening and protecting the back, improving posture and balance, flattening the stomach, toning overall body muscles.
Pilates exercises target the core muscles; they are done with control aiming to develop body awareness and motor skills for everyday life activities.
